Optimizing acquisition flows and building a consistent customer experience.
My mission: increase conversion rates on service, equipment, and home insurance sales. Over 8 months, I introduced a user-centered and cross-functional approach by working end-to-end on customer journeys, aligning practices across squads, and embedding design into delivery processes. The goal: deliver meaningful, measurable, and scalable solutions.

OpenClassrooms
Designing a tool for mentors, then transforming the application experience.
For a year and a half, I improved the mentor experience by co-developing a tool designed to support daily guidance and ensure high-quality coaching. I then led a strategic overhaul of the application journey by defining a 2-year product vision and automating the orientation process—boosting admission and satisfaction rates, reducing human error, and increasing the value of human interactions.

Sézane
The brand had seen significant success, but their daily order management needed improvement. Our goal was to understand their process and use their expertise to create an efficient business tool. This tool would streamline their production process by managing suppliers, facilitating manufacturer orders, and optimizing store deliveries, leading to even greater success.

Group Seb – Rowenta & Moulinex
Previously, Rowenta and Moulinex relied on retail partners to sell their home appliances. To tap into a new market and boost their revenue, they aimed to create their own direct-to-consumer e-commerce channels. Our role involved crafting a holistic E-commerce strategy, addressing aspects like website development, logistics, customer service, and product catalog management.

Relais & Châteaux
Our goal was to make reservations effortless and provide support during guests’ stays by suggesting activities and sharing historical information about local sites. The application aimed to enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring their needs were met with ease and efficiency.

Bricomarché
In response to intense competition within the sector, the brand embarked on a comprehensive website redesign to enhance its competitiveness. The redesign encompassed a revitalized design aesthetic, accompanied by a revamped user journey that aimed to provide tailored support aligned with clients’ varying levels of DIY expertise. The focus was to create an engaging and intuitive user experience that catered to the unique needs of each customer, ultimately strengthening the brand’s position in the market.

Sonergia
Our job mission was to understand the company’s internal organization and government regulations to develop an automated process for creating and tracking energy grant applications. By doing so, we aim to save time internally, minimize errors, and expedite the commencement of projects as soon as possible. This will result in a smoother workflow and greater efficiency.
