Hello, my name is Asma 👋
I am a Lead/Senior Product Designer with a strong passion for service design.
🎓 I have earned degrees in Information and Communication, Marketing and Sales, and Digital respectively from the universities of Lorraine, Central Lancashire in England, IAE de Metz and University of Lyon. I have lived abroad for 18 years, which exposed me to diverse cultures and naturally broadened my professional horizons, strengthened my adaptability, and fostered my open-mindedness.
💻 Throughout my career, I have worked in various digital organizations, including Altima, Accenture, and Openclassrooms, Homeserve where I have honed my skills in methodology, processes, leadership, project management, strategy, and technical aspects. I have collaborated with numerous e-commerce clients such as Rowenta, Salomon, Bricomarché, and Moulinex, contributing to improving their KPIs. I have also had the opportunity and the passion to work on platforms targeting internal teams (such as ERP for Sézane) and in the B2B sector.
🤝 Outside of work, I have always been involved in personal projects. I founded a responsible custom-made french clothing brand for four years, following my entrepreneurship diploma from the University of Lyon’s Beelys incubator. This experience allowed me to understand the challenges of entrepreneurship and create a project from scratch.
🔥 I am passionate about agile processes, co-creation and designing interfaces that are accessible to all. With my extensive experience and numerous training, I ensure the quality of the projects I work on.
